Prices Transfer Plus are quoted in EURO inclusive of taxes and are correct at time of publication.

BOOKING POLICY

ON LINE BOOKINGS: All your requests for Transfer Plus Services through our online website, can be addressed directly to our general email address: [email protected]

PAYMENT POLICY

Accepted Payment Methods: via PayPal.

With the acceptance of our offer you agree with payment policy as described above. After the payment is received, the booking procedure will be completed and you will receive a payment confirmation/receipt via e-mail.

Deposit

All transfers organized and provided by Transfer Plus are subject to Safety Deposit which is equal to 30 per cent of the total cost of the service.

Transfer Plus no responsibility for any loss, damage, accident, injury, sickness or schedule change due to weather, strike or any other cause beyond Transfer Plus control. We will make every effort to safeguard our guests and their personal property, but cannot be held responsible for personal events beyond our control. Transfer Plus in good faith, and cannot be held responsible for any other person’s or company’s acts, defaults or delays.

Transfer Plus reserves the right to alter/change/correct mistakes that may possibly appear in the website.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

Transfer Plus offers full and partial refunds according to the date guests cancel the Vacation packages chosen, as below:

  • More than 8 weeks prior arrival: full refund
  • Up to 4 weeks prior to arrival: 50% refund
  • Up to 2 weeks prior to arrival: 25% refund
  • Less than 10 days prior to arrival: no refund

Refunds are paid within 14 working days the request is made.

REBOOKING POLICY

In case you need to change the booking dates or increase the number of participants, you must send us a request by e-mailat least 10 days before original scheduled arrival.

Transfer Plus will try to support with a new booking – upon availability at that time.

All requests for date changes to a booking must be made by e-mail from the person who submitted the booking originally.Â
